A vibrant and refreshing vintage Loire Valley fizz which is dry but beautifully rounded, with flavours of ripe orchard fruits, white flowers and acacia honey. Made by the traditional method from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes, the wine is aged on its lees for 18 months to give toasty and yeasty complexity in the mouth. Elegant and easy to enjoy, this is a sparkling wine for all occasions and can be served as an aperitif or with mildly flavoured dishes, either savoury or sweet.
