Chacircteau Margaux 2007 Margaux Premier Grand Cru Classeacute Bordeaux France

Only a third of the 2007 crop went into the Grand Vin due to the even stricter selections that Paul Pontallier makes in order to ensure that Chacircteau Margaux is the best that it can be in any given vintage. The wine is deceptively delicate with an ethereal, lacy quality to the intensely perfumed bouquet. Mouthwatering and fragrant on the palate, the warmth and power builds and the gravelly tannins provide structure without overpowering. The wine will be ready for drinking within the next twelve months but will reward cellaring for a further ten to twelve years.. Case of 12
